Trent House

Bandra-Kurla Complex is a highlight of Mumbai City. Not only is it a business hub but it’s also home to wonderful modern architecture. This can be seen clearly in Access Architects’ Trent House. A Grade C commercial office space in the complex, Trent House is one of the prime features of BKC.

One of the major points of focus of this project is its parking. With a double basement and nine upper floors, the estate packs both in-house and external parking options. As with every Access project, it was built with modernity and innovation in mind. This is why it stands as a skilfully designed commercial office space with ample of modern amenities to support the business needs of those who work out of it. It is both a luxury to work in and a marvel of architecture to set eyes on.

Spread across 10,000 sq. mt. at BKC land and built in collaboration with Naman Developers, Trent House is an additionally wonderful work space because of its location. Approximately 10km away from Mumbai’s domestic airport and the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, it’s also close to major celebrated markets and even luxury hotels. In fact, our very own five-star hotel, Sofitel, is fairly near in proximity to the office building since it’s located in BKC as well.

Completed in 2010, the remarkable Trent House was built to inspire. It is one of our proudest achievements in commercial architecture till date and is one of the most excellent structures to grace in BKC.
