Naman Center is a commercial office building that comprises of three wings, contributing to the commercial landscape of the city’s Central Business District, BKC.
The structure of each wing is different, where Wing A comprises of a ground floor+ 12, Wing B has a ground floor + 11, and Wing C is stilt with 7 floors. The floor plates have been purposefully designed, such that various sizes of offices can be carved out and created without any additional changes required.
There are 2 levels of basement areas, that accommodate car parking, a feature that is extremely important for a business centre. Mechanical parking has been used to address the need for additional parking.
Performance glass glazing has been provided on all the office floors, giving each floor an adequate lighting, making the office environment well-lit and not claustrophobic.
